Who we are

Appsolutive is a software team based in Denpasar, Bali. We build and run mobile apps, web platforms and the integrations between them for businesses in Indonesia and abroad. We work as a single team across the whole stack, and we stay involved after launch.

Discovery
A conversation about the problem, then sessions with the people who will actually use the system, not only whoever signed us up. We map what it has to do, what it must never do, and whether we are the right fit — before anything is scoped.
What you get: An honest answer on whether we can help, and a written scope you approve before anything is designed.

Scope and arrangement
User flows, wireframes and the interface itself, reviewed while changing them is still cheap — alongside the shape of the engagement: a fixed-scope project, a monthly retainer, hourly work, or an embedded team member, whichever fits what you need.
What you get: Approved designs for every screen in scope, and terms — a proposal, retainer, hourly rate or outsourcing agreement — specific enough to compare against anyone else’s.

Agreement
Contract signed, an NDA in place if your data calls for one. What starts the work depends on the arrangement: a scheduled first payment for a project, or a start date for a retainer, hourly arrangement or outsourced role.
What you get: A signed agreement and a scheduled start date.

Build and test
Built in milestones, each one ending in a working build you can open and use, then tested against what you approved. Anything genuinely new is a change we quote separately rather than absorbing silently and slipping the date.
What you get: A working build at the end of every milestone, signed off with defects closed.

Launch, then ongoing
Deployment, monitoring, and a real handover: documentation, training, and every account and credential in your name rather than ours. For a retainer, hourly arrangement or outsourced role, what comes next is not a bolt-on afterward — it is the engagement itself.
